If you need referrals for local contractors or stagers, I’ll connect you with trusted, community-minded professionals.
Step 3. Listing & Marketing—With Heart
I handle all the details of listing your home in the MLS, ensuring your property stands out with beautiful photos and meaningful descriptions that highlight what makes it special.
Your home will be promoted through a mix of online platforms, social media, and personalized outreach—including to my network of buyers who appreciate homes with character.
We’ll discuss the possibility of open houses, private showings, and creative ways to reach buyers who share an appreciation for your home’s story.
Step 4. Showings & Communication
You’ll always know what’s happening: I’ll keep you updated about showings, feedback from buyers, and any market shifts.
I make it easy for you to navigate showing requests and will work with your schedule to minimize disruption.
Step 5. Offers & Negotiations
When offers come in, I’ll walk you through every detail—price, contingencies, timelines—so you feel confident in your decisions.
I’ll advocate for your best interests, balancing the numbers with your goals and values.
If we receive multiple offers, I’ll help you compare them fairly, focusing not just on price, but on the strength and reliability of each offer.
Step 6. From Accepted Offer to Closing
Once you accept an offer, I’ll guide you step-by-step through inspections, appraisal, and the paperwork—always explaining each step in plain language.
I’ll coordinate with all parties (buyer’s agent, title company, contractors, etc.) so nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll always know what’s next and what’s expected, so there are no surprises.
Step 7. Closing Day—And Beyond
On closing day, I’ll be by your side (or just a call away) to make sure everything goes smoothly and you feel fully supported.
After the sale, I remain your resource for all things real estate—whether you need advice, referrals, or just want to talk about the next chapter.
And, as always, 5% of my earnings from your sale are donated to organizations fighting for affordable housing in Minnesota—because everyone deserves a place to call home.
